Setup and urgent issues
During your setup, and any time the dashboard is down or showing something wrong that cannot wait, call the founder directly.

What to expect during setup
A short conversation. You tell us which tools you use. We tell you honestly which ones we can connect today and which would need a separate quote.
The connection session. We get on a call together. For each provider (Google, and on the Full Scoreboard plan also CallRail, Jobber, and QuickBooks Online) you sign in on that provider's own page and click Allow. You never share a password with us, and every connection is read-only.
We build your private copy. Your dashboard comes together on your own numbers. You get a login for yourself and for anyone on your team who should have one, each with the right role.
A walk-through. We go through the scoreboard with you so every number makes sense on day one, and the alerts and nightly digest start right away.
How to cancel
Email us and say you want to cancel. There is no long contract and no cancellation fee. Your access continues through the period you have already paid for, and you can ask us to delete your data (see the Security page for how long we keep it).
