YourBusinessDashboard.com is an independent reporting service. We show your business numbers on one dashboard. We report; we do not run your ads and we do not manage your money.
With your permission, we connect to the accounts you choose (for example your ad platforms, your call tracking, your review sites, your job software, and QuickBooks) and read your numbers so we can show them to you. Our connections are read-only. We do not change, post, spend, or delete anything in your accounts.
We use your data only to build your dashboard, send you the recaps and alerts you turn on, and answer the questions you ask the built-in assistant. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except with the service providers below who help us run the product.
When you ask the built-in assistant a question, your question and the numbers on your screen are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to write an answer. Your data is not used to train their models.
If you turn on call tracking, calls to your tracked numbers may be recorded and transcribed so we can show them to you, score how calls are handled, and summarize what callers ask about. Recordings and transcripts are visible only to you and the people on your account. You can turn call recording off at any time. Where the law requires that callers be told a call is recorded, providing that notice is your responsibility.
We keep your reporting data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or de-identify the data we hold within 90 days, except anything we must keep to meet a legal, tax, or accounting obligation.
We rely on a small number of providers to operate: our hosting provider, the data sources you connect, and our AI provider. Each only receives what is needed to do its job.
Connections are encrypted in transit, access is limited by role, and, because we are read-only, we never hold the ability to move your money or run your campaigns.
You can disconnect any data source at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and the data we hold. Email us at the address below.
